The Masters 2025 App is now ready for download. If you have the 2024 Masters App simply update in your App Store. Launch the App and get ready for the first Major of the year.
If you have never experienced The Masters App, you will be impressed. This is the ideal companion whenever you watch the tournament. And if you have any Masters-related questions, the answers are in the Masters 2025 App. Prepare to be impressed.
In this post, I will provide an overview of the Masters 2025 App and highlight a few upgrades from last year’s version. When the Masters Fantasy Game is released, I will post an overview. Enjoy!
The Masters 2025 App
The Masters App is available for download everywhere you get Apps. You can easily update if you still have the Masters 2024 App on your phone. Visit your App store, search for “The Masters Tournament,” and follow the steps.
The digital coverage of The Masters is spectacular. From the website, www.Masters.com or the Masters App, you can watch every shot from every player every day. This is a ‘Watch Party’ on steroids. Simply Mind-Boggling what is available at your fingertips.
The App’s home tab contains stories about The Masters from The Masters. Other tabs include a Leader Board, a Watch Live feature, a deep dive for all the Players. The last tab, More, is where you will find the Fantasy Game and still more content.
New this year are the Masters Vault and News sections. The Masters Vault is an extensive collection of videos related to the tournament. Check out the videos for the Augusta National Women’s Amateur, the Latin America Amateur, and the Asia-Pacific Amateur. The Masters generously support these tournaments.
The News section offers articles, photos, and videos on aspects of The Masters and Augusta National beyond golf tournaments. From defending champion Scottie Scheffler to the many charitable initiatives The Masters supports, the stories here are heart-warming.
The Masters 2025 Sections
The App delivers an incredibly rich experience and is an invaluable companion for a complete immersion into The Masters Week.
My favorites are…
- The Leader Board is where you can find a video of every shot by every player in the field every day. Really!
- Watch Live allows you to watch featured groups and specific holes or create your own group and watch all their shots. They even have a range cam. The Masters Radio lets you listen while you are driving or might not otherwise be able to watch.
- The Players tab links to every shot and offers a complete bio and each player’s Master history, including money won, high/low rounds, cuts made, and scoring average.
- The More tab leads you to About the Course, which provides an extensive look at each hole. See details from an aerial flyover, a 3D model layout, historical stats, the story of each hole, and even information on the namesake trees the holes at Augusta National are named after. Fantastic.
- The My Group feature allows you to personalize the golfers you want to watch and then see highlights of your favorites. This is also where your Masters Fantasy Game roster will reside, so you can quickly see how your picks are playing.
Masters Fantasy Game
This game initially got me to download and experience the Masters App. Coming off an NCAA March Madness Bracket letdown, the Masters Fantasy Game is a perfect cure. And if you enjoy challenges as much as I do, you will appreciate picking golfers and competing with friends, family, and everybody else during the Masters.
I’ll do a separate post on the Masters Fantasy Game when it is released. Spots are still available, and I think the Valero Texas Open winner, the week before The Masters can qualify and earn a trip down Magnolia Lane.

This year, the Masters 2025 App added features, the Vaults, and the News tab. I did not find anything that was removed or not included from the Masters 2024 App. No surprise, the Masters simply does everything better than everyone else in every way. The Masters 2025 App and the Masters Fantasy Game are just two more examples.
